Also, as of Oct 4, 2006, the new owners of Anchorage Yacht Club
(Palm Island, Grenadines, Captain Yannis
Day Tours and Elite Island Resorts)
have refused to honor more than $8,000 worth of paid for reservations.
(for just one of many documents in evidence of the theft,
scroll down for the complete text of
an email to their attorney - who has never responded to it
And keep in mind, this is just one of dozens of documents
in support of the allegation. Elite Island Resorts have
been dared to file a suit for libel - and they have not
because they do not have the integrity to confront
the facts - and they know all too well what they would show. )

Subject: anchorage
This is my first day home. Despite the jetlag following back-to-back
11-hour flights from India, then Europe, I went to the bank this
morning and confirmed the following facts. They establish the validity
of my claim that the reservation for (redacted) was made, accepted and
paid for in full to Anchorage.
On March 29, 2006, an instrument in the amount of US$2,681.84, was
deposited in National Commercial Bank of St Vincent (Union Island
sub-branch). That instrument was Provident Bank #1073246, payable to
Anchorage Yacht Club, issued March 13, 2006 as a pre-paid check
guaranteed by The Provident Bank, per the notation on its face. I have
the documentation at hand to show that the funds for that guaranteed
instrument came from my personal bank account at that institution.
The endorsement on the back of the instrument is "to act #0200052"
A further notation on the endorsement states, "Payee Account Credited
- National Commercial Bank (SVG) Limited" and signed over the title of
that institution's Manager. Other endorsements show the routing of the
instrument back through Citibank and eventually to its settlement by
Provident Bank which now has that original in their hands.
I have copies of the above in hand.
This is the same payment described in the letter from me to Anchorage
which accompanied this payment when it was delivered and receipted US
Postal Service courier - describing the payment as the cash portion of
a complete settlement of the open balance of the Anchorage Yacht Club
web site account, all to be applied to the (redacted) reservation.
Frankly, it is more than disturbing to be told that your company has
no record of the above. Absent information that suggests anything
else, I can only assume that the transaction has been concealed from
you by the previous management. I would be very interested in hearing
how that was done.
I trust that your prompt investigation will confirm the above facts
and establish that both Mrs. (redacted) and I have acted in absolute
complete good faith in every respect and that a valid reservation was
made, paid for and accepted. |
